Subject: Water Rate Increase Effective January 1, 2026

Dear Customer,

Big White Water Utility Ltd. is notifying you of a water rate increase approved by the Office of the Comptroller of Water Rights under Order No. 2686, effective January 1, 2026.

New Rates:

  • Monthly Flat Rate (per Service Factor): $4.38 (previously $1.75)
  • Metered Rate (per cubic meter): $2.10 (previously $0.84)
  • Contribution in Aid of Construction (per Bed Unit): $1,249.00 (previously $555.00)

These rates will remain interim and refundable with interest until a final decision is issued. A copy of Order No. 2686 is attached and available on our website.
